From our experience, we know that designing data-driven prototypes for industry is complex. The spatial separation due to COVID-19 makes it even more difficult than usual. Therefore, we have adapted our concept to make it work just as well for distributed teams.
Over the past few years, we have conducted several design sprints and gained valuable experience setting up and conducting them. Design sprints are the most cost-effective way of getting an innovative project of the ground. Testing and refactoring the prototype minimizes the risk of failure in further development.
